This portion of the Shipscribe web site contains five tables containing data on all the contracts let for construction of standard-design merchant ship during World War II by the United States Maritime Commission. Five of the tables contain the same data, the difference being in the way they are sorted. The sixth and last table lists the Maritime Commission ship designs with very brief specifications and notes.
