This plan, dated 9 November 1939, is for a ship with a main battery of twelve 5"/54 guns, with aircraft and two catapults aft. Ship's dimensions are: waterline length 560'; waterline beam 58'; draft 18.5'. Scale of the original drawings is 1/32" = 1'.
