USS Hermes (1918-1926)
At Pearl Harbor circa 1920-1921.
The monitor is Monterey (BM-6), moored at the submarine base and serving as station ship for the Pearl Harbor Naval Station, while the tug is probably Sunnadin (AT-28) or Keosanqua (AT-38).
